Jerri Neddermeyer, President and Co-Founder Jerri has 15 years of experience as a music educator and band director. She has extensive experience with large event management, program development, performance, public speaking, visioning, and arts advocacy. Jerri has been a professional ceramic artist for 10 years and has 6 years of teaching pottery. She is fluent in Portuguese.  Her daughter Sylvia Neddermeyer is also an active volunteer with Art Works Eagan. jerri@artworkseagan.org

She has extensive experience with event planning, service on non-profit boards, and administrative support. She is an artist and active community volunteer. Caitlin Dowling, Treasurer and Co-Founder Caitlin is a ceramic artist and teacher. In her former career, she had 8 years experience as an attorney in general and real estate litigation. Caitlin has several years' experience serving on the board of a philanthropic trust, and is fluent in French. caitlin@artworkseagan.org

Wanda Borman, Secretary and Co-Founder Wanda has 12 years as executive director of Dakota Center for the Arts, a non-profit organization responsible for the annual Eagan Art Festival. She is also an artist and teacher with extensive experience in large event planning, fund raising, non-profit and board service, and arts advocacy. She has trained with ArtSage to work in facilities for elderly and memory care. Wanda is also an active community leader. wanda@artworkseagan.org

Anita Pagey, Director Anita has 10 years experience leading and managing cross disciplinary design & development teams creating legal research & practice management software. She holds a Master's degree in Human Centered Design from Institute of Design, Chicago. Anita is an active community volunteer and is currently leading an Eagan Forward study action team with the goal to make Eagan a welcoming & inclusive community. Anita is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. She lives with her husband and two sons in Eagan, MN anita@artworkseagan.org

Sameer is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Konkani. He currently resides in Eagan, MN with his wife and two children. sameer@artworkseagan.org
